Gaslight Rules?

Hey I want to start a game and saw that it involves the gaslight rules. I don’t know if I can play the game in the normal rule set. I have the newest rulebook but can’t find any entry on gaslight rules. Internet does not help me, what is right. All the books I find are older and the adventure is a newer one. Name of the adventure is : nameless horror in the old world
