Any rulebook basis for the Tomb Herd?

Going to be running my first CoC oneshot, and I’ve gone for the Tomb Herd as the main antagonist here. Going off the mythos wiki they’re pretty niche lore-wise - only really being in one book - and I’m playing relatively fast and loose with game mechanics anyway, but I was wondering if there’s any actual mention of them in the game rules?
