So I admit sometimes I might use ACW too liberaly, but in between changing how we verify people (taking things away and the only alternative requires management approval),new systems that burst into metaphorical flames, and when I ask about processes for the new type of accounts I am working on now it takes 5-10 minutes to get an answer, and further it takes 10-20 minutes to get to another department, I am wondering at this point whether more of it is on the company I am with. It started with taking away automatic ACW and then getting stricter on what is considered minimum performance (I went from great under the old system to ok). Just as I felt like I reached my limit, I got an offer for 30% more to work on complaints. I really don't mind the customers, but I just want to make sure going forward if there is something to gather on my end that I can improve it or for the most part after 2 years there is no shame in hopping the fence provided the price is right. Anyone been through this?
