Post Body

Hey gang

In a few weeks I’m bringing in my entire CS team back into the office as we start using a new system. (just a week training)

I’ve already planned and paid for their lunches and breaks will remain the same. I am concerned however that most of my team have either NEVER worked in office or it’s been three years since they have been in the office at all.

These are exceptional people who thrive on independence and I fear them feeling distracted or feeling as though they don’t have sufficient support. What are some things YOU would like to know or have in place BEFORE you head into a week of training in a very corporate environment?

Please Opine.
