What do the labels Calculus 1, Calc 2, and Calc 3 entail the course teaching?
Post Body

I was looking over the checklist for coursework from the /r/economics math sections, and I noticed it lists Calc 1, 2, and 3.

The courses at my school aren't labeled in this way, so I'm not sure which courses correspond to the "1, 2, and 3" labelling provided in the list.

At my uni, the only courses with the word "Calculus in the title are:

  • 100 level "Calculus" which is a year long (two semesters) course that does derivatives in the first half and integration in the second

  • A 200 level "Calculus of Several Variables" which is one semester

  • A 200 level "Vector Calculus" course which is one semester

There are other courses that have calculus in their description.

Can anyone define what Calc 1, 2, and 3 mean so I can get an idea of which one of the courses at my uni count as Calc 1, 2, and 3?
