Help with an Ornata 😅

When I bought this, she was super vibrant haha. I was told this was an easy plant to take care of…then I really learned and realized that she’s easy, but finicky. She pretty much died and this is her coming back to life…but the leaves keep doing this. I use distilled water and have a humidifier right next to her. Any suggestions? Leaves keep growing, but they keep crisping and rolling.
