How much should I charge?

I'm going to be making this cake: 8 inch, three tier confetti cake, covered with fondant for the details, with a double batch of mocha swiss meringue buttercream for the face.
I'm looking at around 35$ worth of ingredients.
Also, what would be your recommendations for piping tips for some of those details?
