How do I change my mentality on food?

I tend to binge eat a lot of food and like I really finish everything on the table, I grew up with my mom telling me that I shouldn't waste a single grain of rice. I mean it's a simple lesson to unlearn right? but like bruh somehow I really finish my food still.

so like my max capacity is probably 2 kilos of food somehow like one time I finished a kilo of hotdog then helf a kilo of rice in one sitting ๐Ÿ˜ญ It's pretty embarrassing.

I wanna be healthy and I wanna look good, (I know like being fat doesn't make you less gwapo or gwapa it's just my preference to lose some weight it makes me feel better overall)

Any tips to supress cravings and bad eating habits?

had a new crush kanina and like she tall and pretty fit and like ahhhh โœจ she probably ain't single but like I looked at myself and I'm pretty much at my worst look and I wouldn't date me for sure ๐Ÿคฃ

your "frame" deserves the food volume you consume per day. Big boned or small? Tall (5'8 & above..) or not? If you're tall & big boned... then it won't be a surprise for you to consume a lot of food.

However, binge eating is a different matter. So does the type of foods you prefer! Refrain from anything salty or sweetish! Cut them down while you're on diet! Stay away from anything FRIED & Oily, including fatty pork/beef! Double your intakes of veggies & fruits. Btw, do you drink milk? If so, take only Low Fat or Skim Milk & do not touch any type of CHEESE either!

And last but not the least, do exercises! If walking do hurt your feet (mebe due to overweights), then climb those stairs you encounter upon, make that a habit.

Well, you did mention milk & your's is B**r Brand, right? THAT brand is nothing but only good as coffee "CREAMER" huh!!! It's not even nutritious enuf for adults! Why?

Read the small prints beside it's branding & what did you discover? Doesn't it say Homogenized, Reconstituted milk? Now bring out your home dictionary (or go online) & look for the meaning of "homogenized, reconstituted" .. what do they meant?!

Geez.. Alas" baby huh, Car*ion kids huh! Those are SHADY marketing tactics used way back in the 70s ~ 80s and up till the turn of current century! And it still stuck on majority of this island nation that whatever Uncle Sam produces, it's imported items, American brands ... tsk tsk tsk ~ Colonial Mentality do withstood the test of time. :-(

For you .. moms', single mommies, c'mon... spent your hard earn monies on REAL nutritious stuffs! Read the product labels & learn to count your calories intake please! Don't fed your beloved kids, family members with rubbish, k?!

As for you, my Amigo, stop thinking that B**r Brand is a premium one. Go & consume the "real" nutritious stuffs. Don't be 'penny-wise but pound-foolish' ๐Ÿคจ !!!
