Let's suppose (x) person wake up between 11:30-13:00, he drinks 3-4 espresso per day.
And go to sleep at 1:30 am. He wants to sleep early in order to wake up early (around 7:00)
Does caffeine timing play a role here? (the last shot is about 20:00)
should he drink all the coffee before midday?
I usually shoot for 4 hours before bed for my absolute latest coffee cup. Usually much earlier but 4 hours before bed is my personal cutoff. Then I just start downing water instead. I also have at least one glass of water between caffeinated drinks, I think that helps sleep and I personally get a better caffeine "buzz" drinking water between. You pee more but it's worth it for me.
