How do you pick up vases and blocks???

PLEASE im trying to get this last gear in the desert and there is a puzzle that i apparently need to pick up a vase for.
im playing as zelda, HOW do you do this without breaking it
EDIT: for those that were also lost and are looking at this reddit months from now: you need the power glove, its in the desert.
ALSO i didnt know at the time that bombs can bump blocks off of ledges and onto the ground so you can move them!
