What's wrong with my cactus?

I separated it from 3 other cactus and fertized them about 2 weeks ago and directly after that it started to slowly dry out.
Out of the 4 catus that were together this is the only one that's giving me problems and it was the healthiest one.
I haven't watered it since I repotted it 2 weeks ago and I already tried moving it out of the light for a couple of days
