Non Adapter Cablemod 12VHPWR Survey

Below is the cable I have, has there been any melts on these? Mine has been perfectly okay since its a direct cable. I just wanted to ask this subreddit if there any been any melts with direct cables only and not the 90 or 180 degree adapters. Mine has been solid for 4 months now. I run OCCT alot and play games daily. I just wanted to know if anyone from cablemod can confirm how many cases of the regular direct cables have been melted vs the adapters.
