Help! Need ideas for empty corner.

My condo had new cabinets installed before I moved in. They did a pretty crappy job, too. In one corner I have this massive empty space that goes all the way up to the ceiling. I live in a high rise so I’m not worried about spiders, but it’s extremely unappealing and I’d like to use the space since my kitchen is small. What should I do? I’ll post photos in the comments. The gap between the cabinets is 3”x7” but along the wall it widens to 19”x15” so it’s not a small space.
