We recently had our kitchen remodelled and although it looks fantastic, when we ordered everything I wasn't entirely familiar with what it meant to have semi-custom cabinets. Due to the pandemic, we were home and got to see the Ultracraft cabinets being installed and adjusted over a few days. At first they looked like crap, with the doors hanging ajar and wonky, but we were patient and gave the workers time to get everything installed and then adjusted. Looked better.
That was a few months ago and I think some of the doors are falling out of alignment.... they're rubbing against each other in some places. They also just have an overall... not high quality feel. They were still an expensive investment so I know we need to live with them. Is it reasonable that we have to re-adjust them on some regular basis?
Love the drawers, and no problem with them. It's just the cabinet doors that seem kind of cheap and fall out of adjustment.
