Regional to Mainline-how hard is it?
Post Body
I recently got a CJO from Piedmont, super excited to start training soon, but eventually I know I will want to switch to mainline. Since Piedmont is owned by American Airlines, will it be frowned upon to pursue American Airlines or will it give me a leg up to have that experience? I plan on getting to mainline after a year. Anyone here have experience going from regional to mainline? What was your experience like? Pros and cons of each?
