is this normal for Skywest?

Hello, first time applying to Skywest on 1/26, same day received a survey to complete. next day I received an email inviting me to a group interview, I just checked my Skywest dashboard and my application is "under review". I guess my question is if this is the normal procedure? thank you for taking your time to answer this.
