How are you sure of your gender?

I’m asking as I’m currently really struggling with my gender, and I’m wondering if being butch in itself just confirms that I’m not cis, or if wanting top surgery means I’m not cis. If you’re enby/transmasc, how did you know? I don’t know the difference anymore 🥲
