Hey guys! Nothing is solid as of yet, but I was just wondering how feasible it would be to start up a drive-in theater business (in Albuquerque, NM specifically.) From obtaining land, permits, the projection supplies, to ticket and concession sales.

How does someone start something like this? Would I need to take out loans, or find investors to fund this business. I'm currently in college and have a full time job, but by no means have the cash to just straight up fund this sort of thing. I know some people who have been interested in this sort of thing, but I want to be the one to solidify the idea. They could be potential business partners, but as I said, nothing is solid yet.

Any feedback regarding this would be greatly appreciated!
