Introducing the BURST Bounty Program!

Are you talented in front-end web development?

Would you like to sharpen your skills, help make history, and earn some BURST while you're at it?

If so, then I welcome you to contribute to the Aspera UI.

How to participate:

1. Visit the Trello board here: https://trello.com/b/aq1EK691/aspera-ui-burst-angular-wallet.
2. Find a task that you'd like to work on. The bounty is in parentheses.
3. Let me know which one you want to work on so I can move it into the "Doing" column.
4. Once finished with the feature, submit a Pull Request to PoC_Consortium Github: https://github.com/PoC-Consortium/Aspera.
5. Once it's merged, let me know and I will issue the reward.

Rules:

1. Pull Request has to be merged into the `master` branch on PoC_Consortium github. /u/rico666 has promised to merge reasonable PRs :)
2. Bounties will only increase over time, never decrease.
3. Tasks (and their bounties) may get broken down into smaller pieces before someone starts work on them. This is to ensure we have easily digestible chunks of work.
