I started taking bupropion a few weeks ago after coming off lamictal. I was supposed to do one 75mg twice a day but the side effects from just one were so bad that I couldn’t even take the second dose and didn’t sleep for like two days. I had tremors, heart palpitations, headaches, and nausea so my doctor had me cut it in half and slowly work up. I’ve made it to being able to do 1 pill in the AM and half in the afternoon but am still experiencing the headaches and nausea. I am also on 50MG of Vyvanse but I’ve skipped days of my Vyvanse and while the heart racing isn’t as bad I still get the headaches and nausea. Was just wondering if anyone else experienced this and was able to do something about it to help the side effects? I have an apt on Monday with my dr but I’m really tired of switching meds so I’m really trying to make this one work.
