I'm tapering off. Who has experience doing this?
Post Body

I know I just posted about the cognitive difficulties I have had since starting Bupropion, but I've now made up my mind to discontinue taking it. Sum total the negative effects it has had on me are outweighing possible benefits. I do not have a history of MDD or any other long term diagnoses and I think that this is just doing me more harm than good, it's too intense-- using a machine gun to kill a mosquito.

So I am skipping today, like the doc told me to do, since you can't taper off in the same way you would with something like Lexapro where you can actually break up the pills.

I'd be happy to hear from anyone who has done this. I've been on 150mg XL for about 4 weeks and so I hope that it is early enough that withdrawal won't be terrible. Thank you.
