So I've been off and on Prozac for about 4 years. Recently, I stopped taking it for a few months because I realized it was inducing anorgasmia in me, as well as some minor ED. But on the few months I was off, my sexual dysfunction didn't improve.

I talked to my doctor and he lowered my dose from 80mg to 40mg, and he added 150mg of Bupropion. I'm nervous to be starting a new medication. Apparently for a lot of people it does restore some sexual function, but it has the opposite effect for others.

I also hope I'm still able to drink alcohol. I did fine with alcohol on Prozac, but it seems that Bupropion makes alcohol more intense for some people. A lot of health websites seem to advise against it but they say that about combining alcohol with literally anything.
