Incase anyone is as obsessed with timelines as I was/is, I just wanted to let y’all know that it’s now been 4 weeks and I feel amazing.
No weight on my chest holding me down, tons of motivation to improve myself, excitement and optimism is back, and I feel my joy in activities I like.
