Growing up I would always watch movies, documentaries, and video game playthroughs to pass the time, but I lost the attention span for those things as a teenager. I’m not 20, started welbutrin about two months ago. I watched dune for the first time last night! I was chilling by myself and made the choice to watch the movie start to finish. I succeeded! Made the conscious decision to stay off my phone and I enjoyed myself very much! Just wanted to share :)

How long did it take to get to that point? Currently on day 24 and not getting much relief with attention, motivation, or ability to enjoy things.

Hoping that may change by two months.
