300 mg is making a big difference but the sleep debt from the insomnia as I approach week 3 is going to start outweighing the benefits…. What do I do?

150 mg XL wasn’t doing much, but 300 turned a switch on me and I’m able to work more and get things done!

However, as I approach week 3 the insomnia is building a sleep debt that is turning me into a zombie…

I feel like I don’t sleep deeply…. Like I’m barely entering sleep and just staying there all night, frequently waking up.

My brain is becoming increasingly foggier and I’m having trouble thinking.

Do I give it a few more weeks?
