Mental Clarity affecting work

Hi all,
I started taking this stuff about 5 months ago. It has worked pretty well but my mind has slowed a bit. What I mean is instead of racing thoughts and being able to think fast and clearly (when not spiraling) I know feel slower and dumb.
At work, I’m making simple logistical mistakes and it’s affecting my work to the point I’ve been written up.
I never had these BASIC mistakes before. It’s all just adding to the stress.
Can my employer fire me over my medication affecting me? How do I cope?
