Where to get a bike cleaned

I have a couple of pedal bikes that have been sat in my apartment parking deck for like 2 years, and they are both filthy with dust etc. But given I am now in an apartment it's not like I can just plug in a hose and wash them down. Any suggestions on where I can take them to get cleaned?
EDIT: Found a great solution, used the pet “spa” at my apartment complex lol. Pic in comments
