I just purged for the first time in years… I sat down for dinner with my mom and ate a greek salad but because it had chicken on it I was paranoid I would gain weight. I went to the bathroom and purged maybe 5 times. I feel relieved to have that full feeling taken away, I feel lighter but I also have a sore low jaw, and a bad headache in my temples, i feel like taking a long nap. It’s like it was almost euphoric but then immediately exhausting. How do you feel after purging? What makes you feel better after purging?
