Need decent PC build for fortnite/warzone

I would like a decent build from the price range , it seems all of the ones on this sub are outdated and some of the parts aren’t in stock or are more expensive. I’d like to run fortnite and warzone from anywhere around 70 fps, I don’t play high settings though mostly medium and performance mode. I’m willing to spend up to 700 dollars, I was thinking about buying the nzxt starter pc but they’re out of stock :(
