Looking for a decent gaming PC to run decent looking games fast

I've got very little experience with any of this, but I am looking for a decent pc between 1300 and 1400 USD that can hopefully last me a decent bit of time.
I want games like MHW and COD Warzone to hopefully run decent, even if they're not at max settings. Don't need a monitor or anything, just a PC.
I also plan on streaming with it, if that matters.
