$700 PUBG Gaming Machine

Hoping to get some advice on how to best tackle this build.

Here's the parameters aside from a budget of $700ish USD.

No microcenter near me
I have a case and extra fans lying around.
I have the materials and tools to delid (in the case of running an 8350k)
I plan to overclock
I have a spare Asus Z-370-E Strix mobo
A single 500 GB SSD should be plenty of space.
Goal is 1080p @ 60 fps (medium to high settings) on PUBG

Thanks for looking folks. I already have some ideas but it wouldn't hurt to seek more advice.
