Planing on building early 2017, Any ideas or help?

I'm planning to build a PC early 2017, i would like some help picking parts, i would really like an amd build if possible, ill be playing games like World of tanks, War Thunder, and Payday 2.
My budget is 350 USD, 400 At max.
Edit 1: I already have 2 Hdds' 7200 RPM. I'm right near a microcenter, and i dont need any peripherals. I have a copy of windows 10. :D
