First time building a pc. I need a new decent build for 1440p gaming and occasional streaming. Open to suggestions!

I mostly play AAA single player games like GTA, Red Dead, Cyberpunk etc. and sometimes online and esports. I recently bought an 27 inch MSI 1440p 180Hz Rapid IPS monitor for my new build that I will get in Jan-Feb. I already chosen most of the specs and bought 3 case fans from my pal. Still undecided on what case. And debating on wether I should get the RTX 4070 Super or RX 7800 XT GPU. As I say I'm open to any other suggestions too. I don't really want to spend more than £1.200. Maybe £1,250 at the most.
