Build Me a Pc for a budget

I am a total schmuck when it comes to building a pc, and it seems there are so much contradicting reviews on YouTube about certain parts, that I do not know where to look/ who to believe.
I just need a pc which can run CS2 and Minecraft smoothly and medium to high graphics, and can run We Were Here For Ever and GTA on 30 fps on medium graphics. My budget is 400 - 650 euros. Any help is appreciated!
