Hello, just wanna ask what should be changed or added. Energy efficiency and thermal/cooling priority.

Complete system unit build. Not sure how many fans are needed for the case.

Processor: Ryzen 7 7700x Unlocked

GPU: RTX 4060 (Asus White)

Mobo: Asus Prime B650M-A wifi

RAM: Kingston 32GB DDR5 5200mhz (2x16) Fury

SSD (boot): Samsung 1TB 980 Pro

SSD: Samsung 2TB 980 Pro

Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo Mid Tower ATX

PSU: Cooler Master MWE V2 850W 80 Gold rated fully modular

Cooling: Undecided between AIO or Air. Suggestions?

Frost white theme but I am not sure if this is achievable. Need your suggestions. Brand and model recommendations? Thank you!
