Barely high range build help

I'm looking for a relatively budget PC that'll barely squeak into the 60fps range on high settings on modern games. I'm currently running an RX580 with an R5 5600, B450M DS3H, 24gb ddr4, and a 450W PSU. I'm planning on buying a new case. I'd like to reuse as much as I can, aside from the CPU/GPU, but I'd prefer to avoid any bottlenecks. Also, multithreaded for streaming/recording. Any help and suggestions for budget cards would be greatly appreciated!
