Alohaaaa, I'm back again but this time, with a more economic request. I wanted to see what a cheaper build would look like in comparison to the 2~2.5k build I got last week. I'm debating if I truly need to drop 2.5k, cause I plan to move in three years internationally so I don't wanna risk damaging anything while shipping. Here we go again~
What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.
- Gaming, video content creation (artwork, captioning, and spicy content), along with live broadcasts as my "day" job is a live ASL interpreter.
- Specifically: I'd like to run high-def and not be on poor people low/medium mode like before... playing on Tekken 8, Overwatch 2, Smite. Streaming/Recording as I do live translation/interpretation work (imagine zoom, google meets, and teams running simultaneously as I provide language services to a live broadcast). Lastly, I create video art projections and mini films, closed captioning for videos that I make or record, along with spicy adult content that I aim to start developing in the future.
- I'd like to possibly get into Twitch or video game streaming when Tekken 8 drops.
What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?
- 1.5k, however, willing to push to 1.75k if it means I can have this survive more than 5 years
When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.
- Am in a rush... but can wait (hopefully not more than a month).
What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc).
- Everything lul
Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?
- _-~^* HAWAI'I *^~-_ I miss micro center... so some parts may or may not be available cause *shrug* Polynesia.
If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.
- Starting from scratch, beyond these two monitors... they are Acer SB220Q 21.5" Widescreen Monitor Display Full HD (1920 x 1080) 75Hz 4 ms GTG ... should I get new monitors? I'm looking to have two or three at the same time, two vertically, two horizontal is cool. Along with a nice chair, desk, lights, set-up for all of that. I need lots of lighting at times for my job/broadcasting and eventually streaming/spicy stuffs, so that'll be cool.
- I have a Razer Viper in Pink
- I have a Vizio Sound Bar and Logitech Speakers
- Looking for cute pink headphones too... and perhaps a glass case moment to showcase figurines.
Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?
- Not really, never had tried it before even tho my brothers tell me to try it, but I'm indifferent.
Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)
- More storage and RAM is cool cause sometimes when I video edit on my old Predator Triton 300 gaming laptop, it would start dissociating after 20min of footage.
- I have an old computer storage card I could reformat and plug back in...
Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?
- Closed window; option to open-close easily is a plus. Cute if can add lights or coolants or pink/anime/sakura theme, but open to much... big into Evangelion if that's a vibe too.
Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?
- No... I don't mind however.
Extra info or particulars:
- I'm open. Mahal na mahal ko kayong lahat <3 Thanks for all the help. Let me know how I can work with y'all to help out further.
