Trying to see what the budget I’ve got will roughly get me

Basically I don’t really need a specific list right now, though I’ll probably ask for one when I’ve got money in hand, but how good (roughly) of a Pc can I get for my budget of $1500? I’ll have the money in exactly three months, And I will have to order everything online due to various reasons. I’m perfectly fine using eBay and such, but for this rough draft as I’m calling it, I’ll just be using pcpartpickerprices. Had a Pc I built myself but it finally gave up and died so that’s why I need a new system. I have a mouse keyboard and monitor (good tv that I have zero issues with using as a monitor) I mostly play heavily modded Minecraft, if possible I want to use shaders as I love the way they look. Hoping to play and mid the elder scrolls 6 when it comes out, if budget allows… would love to do the same for Skyrim under the same budget question. Specifically the immersive and adult modpack. Forza 4 is about the only other thing, really. Everything else I play is vastly easier to run than anything I just mentioned so it’s not super relevant. I like a minimum of 32 gb of Ram because I can’t usually have a lot of tabs open, easily often 100. I don’t really like rgb, but then again I’m asking for a general budget build anyways, so maybe I should save specifics for 3 months from now. My favorite colors are black, with gold and chrome accents. Thanks in advance!
