Haven't built a PC in around 6 years. Need some help on what's good these days.

I've been looking at SCAN and I found a good looking prebuilt. (https://www.scan.co.uk/products/scan-gamer-rtx-amd-ryzen-7-5700x-16gb-ddr4-8gb-nvidia-rtx-3060-ti-1tb-m2-ssd-win-11)

I haven't built a PC in a long time so I don't know if this is actually good enough or not relative to the price. Ideally I'm looking to spend around £1000-£1200, and I'm not massively bothered about paying a bit more for a prebuilt but if I can get better components for the same price I'm fine with assembling myself.
