"Hey, a customer is talking to Intercom/Zendesk/Crisp. Please answer"
How often do you see this kind of message on your Slack channel?
If your team doesn't have a dedicated CS/CX person, it's super easy to miss customer inquiries. I also have been there.
Missed/delayed customer inquiries can be angry customers or, even worse, lost sales opportunities! I really think most customer support chats are such a BS thing to disrupt your workflow. Especially for agile teams, where everyone does customer support, but nobody is a dedicated CS person. Both your team and your customers are at a loss.
That is why I am building Supporty. A simple no BS solution that can turn your Slack workspace into a customer support chat. Imagine customer inquiries are directly delivered to your Slack channel, and you can answer/talk to them without leaving the channel.
If you are still reading this, I believe you have similar issues.
Fill out a quick survey, and you’re all set to give Supporty a try!
