Hi everyone,
I’ve been building a Slack app that turns your Slack workspace into a fully functional customer support chat. The idea came from the frustration of constantly switching between tools like Intercom/Zendesk for customer messages and Slack for internal discussions.
With this app, you can:
• Manage customer and internal conversations in one place to simplify your workflow
• Avoid missed messages by consolidating everything in Slack.
• Provide FAQ, lead collection form for customers.
It’s currently in beta (and free for now), and I’d love to know if this is something you’d be interested in trying.
If so, you can take a shorty survey on the link. Once submitted, you’ll receive a guide and access to my service, Supporty

I hope to find a few early customers with whom I can build long-term partnerships.
I’d love to hear your thoughts or answer any questions you might have.
Thanks! 😊
