If at all possible, I would like to keep costs <$1000, and if also possible, I would like to salvage what I can from my current PC. I live in the continental US, and will be buying these parts around Black Friday/Thanksgiving sale time. One additional request: My current graphics card sounds like a hair dryer when playing more graphically intensive games. Something quieter would be appreciated.
