Gaming PC Build Request costing <$800 for Black Friday
Post Body

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

  • Playing AA-AAA games such as Code Vein, Red Dead Redemption, and Monster Hunter World

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

$800

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.

  • Around Thanksgiving/Black Friday sales time

What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc)

  • CPU, GPU, RAM, Motherboard, SDD, PSU?, Tower?

Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?

  • USA, California, yes I have access to a microcenter

If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.

  • Keyboard and Mouse, maybe PSU? (Current PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX V2 750W), Case: Rosewill Gaming Computer Case - ATX Mid Tower

Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?

  • Yes, down the line

Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)

  • Best gaming performance for cost, one extra SSD

Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?

Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?

  • Yes, W10

*I built my PC years and years ago, and it's been a faithful workhorse. It's specs are: GPU: AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series on Hawaii GPU CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor HD/SSD: Samsung 850EVO 500GB, Hitachi 1TB HDD PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX V2 750W Ram: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM Case: Rosewill Gaming Computer Case - ATX Mid Tower OS: Win10 While it plays most current gen games alright, I want to get a PC that can better run games today in at least high settings, including games such as: Code Vein, RDR2, and Apex Legends. If at all possible, I would like to keep costs <$1000, and if also possible, I would like to salvage what I can from my current PC. I live in the continental US, and will be buying these parts around Black Friday/Thanksgiving sale time. One additional request: My current graphics card sounds like a hair dryer when playing more graphically intensive games. Something quieter would be appreciated.
