Gaming pc for around a $1000
Post Body

**What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be

Pretty much just gaming and random things. I am a big fan of battlefield 4 and I have always wanted to play the arma mods like day z and stuff. I want the best framerate and highest quality I can get. I do want to be vr ready for when I decide to get one later down the line.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

Between 1000 and 1300. I would rather it be a little lower so I can get a monitor and not have to use a TV until I pick one up but the max budget can go a little high if needed.

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.

Around two weeks from now when my taxes come back

What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc)

Pretty much everything but the OS which I can get ahold of myself. It doesn't necessarily have to be included in the build since I have a few things that I can make do with until I pick up a nice keyboard and monitor.

Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?

Delaware, U.S. and I don't have a center near me.

If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.

Nope, building it from the base up

Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?

I eventually want to be able to overclock both. I plan on water cooling in the future. So a case with a basement would be ideal.

Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)

I want an okay sized ssd for the OS and a couple games and like 2tb ofbother storage.

Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?

A windowed pc with a blue/black theme would be amazing but I am not too picky about it.

Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?

Nope I can handle this part.

Extra info or particulars:

I'm kinda partial to the gtx 970 for some reason so I would like if that was in the build and want around 16gb of ram. I hope that I am not asking for too much and thanks in advance .
