2 monitors (A nice gaming one and a decent second one your web browsing and non intensive things) and windows 8, better mic, and maybe a web cam (unless I can set my dslr as a primary cam during a stream)

I'd like dual ssd to run in RAID mode while also having 2tb hdd as mass storage but will do ssd with os on it and a hdd for storage, whatever works out best. A GTX 980 4GB FTW ACX 2.0 Video Card if possible (unless a different 980 is more resonable). 16gb of ram. A liquid CPU cooler if possible.

Windowed if possible, blue leds and color scheme would be more on the blue/black.
