I was thinking of this case. RAIDMAX Viper GX ATX-512WBG Black/Green Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case... But it's just the one I found in Newegg that wasn't too expensive and I liked. Interested in an LED case though.

Do you need a copy of Windows 7 or 8.1 included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference for one or the other?

Need OS, no big preference, haven't used Windows 8 yet.
