I'll be playing Heroes of the Storm(starcraft 2) and streaming it using obs. I will also possible play music on it using spotify and i will use teamspeak and mumble for voice chat. I might also install league of legends

400$ but can stretch for rebates/shipping/taxes. Also if something is truly worth getting I can wait a week and spend 500$ but I want this to be roughly the cost of a console.

Tower and OS only but I am a student so I should get a discount on the OS. A new keyboard would be nice if its super cheap or free but ill probably go pick a new one up at the store instead.

I won't be reusing anything other then an old flat screen monitor and my logictech M510 mouse

This build doesnt have to be able to do anything other then play Heroes of the Storm(starcraft 2) and league of legends while running OBS. Also I run everything at low settings because I don't like distractions so I wont be trying to push anythign to run in ultra
