• I want to crush some games on ultra, while streaming, while listening to pandora, while chatting with my buddies. That's I think the most intense thing I'll do... I would also love to run cool texture mods (nothing like that GTA 4 one that floated around though), just some basic stuff.

No 3D modeling, probably just R and some other statistical packages after that.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

• I should be able to get $1200 for the laptop I'm selling PLUS I already have a sweet graphics card coming. I would be willing to go up to $1500 (especially if the laptop sells well).

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.

• Basically everything but the graphics card and peripherals (keyboard mouse). So yeah, Tower, OS, monitor, and all of those juicy internal components.
