First timer looking for a gaming rig with plenty of bang for my buck [$1300-1500+]
Post Body

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible.

playing most modern games (BF3/4, LoL, steam stuff, indies, etc.)

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

1600

When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

Soon, probably within the month or in Feb.

What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? OS, peripherals, wifi, in addition to the tower.

Keyboard, optical drive, wifi, monitor, tower (I love the form factor of the NZXT phantom)

Which country will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have a Microcenter?

I live in the US and I do have a microcenter.

If reusing any parts (including peripherals), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.

Razer Deathadder Standard

Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?

I'm interested in overclocking, but don't have the knowhow to do so.

If there's any specific features you want/need from the rig, please list them.

Ability to play most games at a reasonable FPS. 8 GB of RAM, and Dual SSD/Standard HD set up

Do you have any specific case preferences such as a window or LEDs, or do you have a preference for low-noise components?

I do like LEDs and windows, just because you can see the beastie go.

Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS?

Yes, Windows 7 Home Premium

Extra info:

Color theme w/ LEDs would be super cool, but not necessary.
