New Build, Developer Machine

I Â would like to build a PC that can handle my development tasks. I work a lot with python, .net and would like something where I can also do some AI work. Im upgrading from an old machine that I have had for 10 years now
Will this build be suitable ? my budget is $1500

- I plan on dual booting with this Ubuntu Linux, so compat will be nice.
