Upgrading from laptop to gaming PC! Under $1600nzd
Post Body

Many games are starting to be too intensive for my laptop to run, so i’m after the best PC build I can get under $1600nzd. Dont care how it looks unless it doesn’t cost extra for a sleek design. I would just like the best performance possible in that budget. The highest graphic settings I can get, with the most FPS I can get. (If you can’t already tell, i’m very inexperienced at this)

• New build or upgrade?

New build

• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/ links)

Already have monitor, mouse, and keyboard

• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)

Mostly gaming, but will do some office work too. Games such as Elden Ring, Satisfactory, Cyberpunk, Minecraft.

• Purchase country? Near Micro Center?

New Zealand no micro center

• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)

No monitor needed

• Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

Around $1500nzd or preferably under. If the difference in performance is a big difference for only a slight raise above budge, then it’s fine.

• WiFi or wired connection?

WiFi option if not too expensive for the budget. Can compromise on this if it cost much more

• Size noise constraints?

Doesn’t matter, but as quiet as possible without compromising on budget or performance

• Color/lighting preferences?

Prefer a sleek, futuristic modern design. Again, not bothering if it cost more

• Any other specific needs?

Nope :)
